For Farmers:

✔ Proof of land ownership or lease.
✔ Farming cooperative membership (if applicable).
✔ Financial statement showing need for assistance.

For Business Startups:

✔ Business proposal or plan.
✔ Business registration certificate (if applicable).
✔ Bank statement or financial report.

For Healthcare Aid:

✔ National ID.
✔ Medical report and diagnosis from a registered health facility.
✔ Cost estimate for treatment.
✔ Proof of financial need.
